Q1. Can we put different lithium battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
> Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention:
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If not , charge them to the same rate.
2> Don't put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
 
Q2. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by ourselves?
> You can buy high voltage packs directly from us. It is not suggested to connect them in series by yourself, which may damage the
battery or reduce the cycle life of the pack.
 
Q3. Is BMS included in the battery pack?
> Yes, our battery pack includes BMS.
 
Q4. What is your warranty?
> We offer 1~5 years warranty depend on different products.
 
Q5:What is your terms of payment?
> T/T recommended, Paypal and Western Union acceptable.
